- Hijiki Seaweed Samosa (fried dumpling)  ¥600
Fried whole wheat dumplings made with cumin, seaweed, and vegetables.
 
- Shitake mushroom katsu (green seaweed flavored)  ¥600
Thick shitake mushrooms fried with green seaweed and bread flour.
 
- Toasted pizza (*contains cheese)  ¥650
Homemade oba leaf paste, tomato, and clover mozzarella cheese on top of baked whole wheat bread.
 
- Tofu and vegetable quiche  ¥700
Healthy quiche made with tofu and a lot of vegetables with a sprinkle of herb bread flour on top. Contains no egg, butter, cheese, or fresh cream.
 
- Vegetable salad with sweet sake dressing

Dressing made with sweet sake and onion. This dressing is known for being refreshing and having a natural sweetness and a taste like cheese.

Made with boiled vegetables, grated ginger with skin, and flavored organic sesame oil. Topped with black sesame seeds and sliced dried seaweed.

Made with green onions, sesame seeds, and homemade seaweed boiled in sweetened soy sauce.
 
- Oba leaf genovese pasta   ¥1200
Pasta mixed with dried tofu, shitake mushrooms, onion, and oba sauce instead of basil. The sauce is made from walnut and garlic.
 
- Curry rice with sake lees  ¥1300
Japanese style curry rice with sake lees.
 
- Brown rice risotto with mushroom and soy milk base  ¥1400
Sauce made with homemade mushroom paste, soy milk, almond, and cream from cashew nuts.
 
- Brown rice risotto with vegetable and tomato sauce ¥1400
Risotto made with soup from vegetables without using bouillon.
 
- Doria with herb bread flour, sake lees, and soy milk based white sauce  ¥1500
Doria baked with a variety of vegetables over brown rice and white sauce made with soy milk, sake lees, and a sprinkle of herb bread flour. Cheese is an additional  ¥100.
